Evdokia Michailidou is an artist living in Germany and Greece. Her drawings and writings explore the dynamics, processes, and nature of the psyche and the unconscious. Central to her work are performativity and imagery, while her texts often merge the genres of poetry and prose. Her lyrical narratives draw on both historical knowledge and a personal quest for self-discovery.
Michailidou creates texts for sound and poetry installations and has realized performative artworks and dramaturgies in public spaces and theaters. She is currently developing texts focused on the signs and performativity of hate speech imagery.
She holds an M.A. in Philosophy and History from Heinrich Heine University (HHU).
